Refund Policy

1. What Costs Money

The online essay checker is free. It needs no account, no payment details, and there is nothing to refund.

Human review is a paid service charged at a flat rate of US $25 per review, whatever the length of the document. This policy applies to that service only.

2. You Pay After You See the Work

Nothing is charged upfront. We confirm that we can take on your request, complete the review, and send you a summary of what we found. Only then do you receive an invoice. The full marked-up document follows once payment has been received.

This means you always know what you are paying for before you pay for it.

3. Full Refund

You receive a full refund if:

• You cancel before we have started work on your review
• We are unable to take on your request
• We miss a deadline that we agreed with you
• You were charged in error, or charged twice for the same review

Refunds are issued through the same payment method you used, and we aim to process them within five working days of agreeing the refund.

4. Free Revision

If you feel the feedback missed something important or was less thorough than you expected, tell us and we will do another round at no extra charge. Most concerns are better solved by a second look than by a refund, and we would rather fix the work than hand back the money and leave you without help.

5. What We Do Not Refund

• Completed reviews where the only issue is that you disagree with the feedback given
• Grades, examination scores, admission decisions, or any other academic outcome
• Work you submitted by mistake, once the review has already been completed

We give feedback on writing quality. We do not guarantee any particular result, and no refund is available on the basis of a result you were hoping for.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us through our contact page and include the email address you used and the date of your request. We will reply and resolve it with you directly.
